The Job

• Reporting to Senior Marketing Manager, he / she needs to have experience in running stamp or premium program (or anything equivalent), and it’s the key person in driving business through the stamp program
• He / she needs to work with premium agencies / suppliers in developing product themes and ideation
• Work with Marketing MarCom team in ensuring marketing excellence in all customer-facing campaigns (in-store, on/offline)
• Work with Operations in facilitating smooth in-store execution
• Monitor market intelligence and establish system to keep track on competitor activities and market trend
• Analyze sales and promotional data for generating insights for campaign effectiveness

The Person

• Degree holders in Marketing or other related disciplines
• Around 10 years of relevant experience in retail industries are highly preferred
• Strong strategic thinking, result driven with strong leaderships skills
• Excellent organization and time management skill on projects of high complexity, in various scales and on different levels
• An open-minded self-starter with abilities to handle multiple projects under tight schedule
• Strong team player, and can-do spirit. Embrace change
• Attentive to details and good interpersonal skill
• Fluency in spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
