We are seeking a Marketing Manager – Vitality Customer Engagement, to join the team with the purpose of identifying, creating, delivering market-leading customer engagement strategies and tactics to deepen our relationships with Vitality customers, and to support our program reward Partners.
About the role:
Some responsibilities include:
Co-define the strategy and lead the execution of fully integrated Vitality Customer Experience marketing activities to support retention and growth of existing customer segments.
Manage large, complex projects (people, time, budget) to execute a marketing strategy. Manage end-to-end customer experience touchpoints for new program developments.
Manage and enhance the triggered customer lifecycle program.
Ensure we meet partner marketing expectations.
Accountable for implementing and maintaining performance measurement programs, including regular stakeholder reporting.
Demonstrate continuous application of key business and consumer insights to address key business challenges or create new opportunities
Manage relationships with relevant third-party vendors and partners, and our Australian delivery team.
About you:
Relevant tertiary qualification or demonstrable experience
Demonstrable experience of leading successful Direct marketing initiatives in large and complex organisations
Significant B2C marketing experience in BTL channels
Strong understanding of specialist marketing functions particularly CRM and Marketing Automation best practices
Understanding of website/app user experience would be a plus.
Experience leading and developing cross-functional teams, and stakeholder engagement.
Ability to lead large discrete projects
A clear understanding of how to utilise data and insights within the marketing environment
