Do you have a background in industrial machinery? Are you skilled at working with industry, solution, and process guides to define differentiated messaging that wins in the marketplace? The Marketing Manager is a Senior, experienced marketing leader who applies Industrial Machinery industry and practical knowledge to define and develop content that drives those value propositions into the marketplace through marketing campaigns and sales. The leader in this role will contribute individually and collaboratively with global teams, engaging with technical and business leaders from sales, product development, and marketing to ensure our Siemens Digital Industries portfolio is uniquely positioned in the market to resolve unmet and anticipate future industry needs. Essential Functions: • Leads responsibilities in several areas of marketing, including campaign ownership, messaging, content development, and project management. This includes creating content (marketing campaign collateral) and managing virtual internal and external teams to develop campaign collateral to grow our business in the Industrial Machinery industry targeting Machine Builders. • Leads marketing activities or services as a senior-level marketing manager in a large corporation. This includes overseeing and managing marketing campaign sales/field enablement strategies, ensuring easy, one-stop access to marketing collateral, and delivering training and other enablement activities. • Works with industry business partners and executives to identify, develop, and implement effective and productive strategies, plans, and campaigns targeting Machine Builders. Skills and Abilities Required: • Proven ability to manage programs/projects, including the definition of timelines, resources, and deliverables, as well as issue identification and resolution • Excellent written skills, including the ability to develop clear messaging concepts and author appropriate content to support marketing execution and sales enablement • Ability to collaborate with and influence others as part of a virtual team, as well as lead virtual teams • Demonstrated ability to work with minimum supervision; This is an individual contributor role • Self-motivated and self-starter • Structured thinker and excellent analytical skills • Excellent verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to large audiences • Excellent English communication skills Education and Experience Requirement: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Engineering • 5+ years' experience in or working with the Industrial Machinery industry • Marketing content/campaign creation experience (B2B) with specific background in market research, target audience identification, go-to-market strategy, messaging, campaign materials development, and enablement • Extensive experience with Microsoft Office, TEAMS, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, and the ability to learn new productivity software skills as needed. Working knowledge of project management and collaboration tools is a plus. Working Conditions/Physical Requirements: • Normal office environment • Travel 10-20% The salary range for this position is $116,900 to $210,400 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
