Job Purpose:
This position is to maximise the impact of the Qualification by implementing ACCA Central China’s marketing strategy through delivering online and offline marketing campaigns, event marketing, exploring new digital solutions that will well serve the purposes of ACCA branding, leads generation and nurturing, markets adoption, and improve customer journey.
This role is also responsible for supporting team manager to keep / strengthen relationship with local partners and build relationship with new partners, including local government departments, institutes and other partners to ensure shared success and licence to operate, unlock the potential of partners and enhance ACCA branding in local market.
This role needs to support other teams’ activities and events to contribute to ACCA’s business development and explore more growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
Implement China national marketing campaigns and customer journey communications in Central China market.
Design and implement digital marketing plan with team manager for Central China to generate leads, branding, and improve customer journey to increase customer’s satisfaction, branding and market share.
Design and produce marketing collateral for different teams.
Organise signature events of Central China, including Annual Conference and JHC.
Organise joint events with partners and other teams to enhance ACCA branding and deliver ACCA brand promise.
Keep relationship with existing local partners, including regulators, SSE, SNAI, listed company associations in different provinces by regular communication and joint activities.
Build relationship with new partners by leveraging PI works and ACCA network.
Support other teams with marketing resources for better B2B or B2C business development.
Design and implement leads nurturing campaigns.
Support team manager to better manage team resources and drive better outcome.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
The candidate will use his/her experience in e-Marketing to engage with key governmental and organisational stakeholders and further build ACCA brand. S/he will be adept at building and maintaining relationships, and communicating clearly Chinese and English both orally and in writing. S/he will be expected to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the e-Marketing and digital media. S/he should have/be:
Knowledge:
bachelor degree
Skills:
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suites such as Acrobat, Illustrator and InDesign is preferred
Self-motivated and good team working
Good presentation and communication skills
Proactive in generating new ideas
Excellent written and oral skills in both Chinese and English.
Experience:
6 years ‘experience in marketing or public relations fields
Previous experience with digital marketing function
Experience in the professional service or education would be advantageous
Experience in handling multi-task and good at time management
Additional Information:
Travel within Central China, including overnight stays when needed
Work overtime on weekdays or weekends.
Proficient in computer skills, excellent spoken and written Mandarin and English
