Our client, a HK leading property developer, is now inviting a high calibre candidate to join their marketing team for residential projects.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all kinds of marketing activities for Hong Kong and overseas residential projects, including but not limited to advertising, preparation of sales brochures and materials, show flat coordination, etc.
• Assist in formulating and implementing marketing strategies in regard to advertising, branding, media and other relevant marketing activities for residential projects
• Any other ad-hoc activities assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Degree holder in marketing or business-related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing, advertising, public relations or event management, preferably with experience gained from property industry
• Pro-active, pleasant, flexible, adaptable, organizational and creative
• A good team player who can also work well independently and willing to work under pressure and tight schedule
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
