Responsibilities:

The candidate shall mainly station in Hong Kong head office, and provide assistance to his/her supervisor in:

• The overall management of marketing campaigns of PRC retail (mainly) & office projects, including but not limited to review memos and reports submitted, monitor budget spending status, provide market intelligence for local's team references;
• The successful roll out of head Office's initiated campaigns adopted across new or existing China cities' projects;
• Coordinating comments and wish list on interior design and landlord provisions of the Department on new retail & office projects or projects under revamp planning;
• Review of anchor tenant shop conceptual designs on new projects according to the confirmed design guideline and project positioning;
• Liaison with internal departments, consultants, contractors and suppliers for new or renovation projects;
• Management of PRC cities' business service functions.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Marketing, Business Management or related disciplines;
• Minimum 3-4 years solid & relevant working experience especially in HK / PRC Property Developers;
• Hands-on experience in Marketing / Advertising / PR / Business Management / CRM / Interior Design is a plus;
• Proficiency in MS Office Application or Design Application;
• Good creativity, good organization skills and independent with minimum supervision;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua (a MUST) and Cantonese;
• Occasional travel to China is required.
