Marketing Operations Associate – Allergan Aesthetics - UK JOB SUMMARY: Support the Marketing Director, Product Managers and Sales Team in the effective implementation and review of sales and marketing activities within the UK Allergan Aesthetics business. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Marketing campaign development & deployment Provide support to Product Managers in the development, approval, and production of promotional materials Brief and manage creative agencies and budgets involved with the production of marketing and promotional materials Provide support and input during the yearly business planning process Budget Management Manage day to day spend and tracking of promotional budget Raise purchase orders, process and track HCP expenses and meetings sponsorship Meetings and Event Management Work closely with external agencies to manage development, approval, and delivery of medical education programmes Organise business unit meetings and work closely with other SPCs to manage combined UK business sales meetings Management and approval of UK national meetings and congresses Sales Team Support Act as point of contact for sales teams providing administrative and logistical support Manage stock and supply of marketing materials ensuring sales teams are supplied with all necessary campaign materials Promotional compliance Organise monthly Franchise team meetings Liaise with Regulatory and Medical Information departments to ensure compliance with ABPI codes of practice and all relevant company procedures and protocols 6. Manage GDPR Assets Ensure that all websites and mailing lists are kept up to date in line with GDPR regulations 7.
