About The Role:
RWS are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join our team of MarTech experts, reporting to the Head of Marketing Operations. You will be responsible for enabling our global marketing teams to deliver engaging cross-platform campaigns in an efficient and timely manner with best-in-class technology and streamlined processes.
Responsibilities:
* Execution of day-to-day campaign activity in concert with the global marketing teams, ensuring results are trackable and data is flowing correctly
* Prioritizing campaigns and projects based on the needs of the business
* Identifying and onboarding new technology to ensure the marketing teams are able to function at peak levels
* Managing the end-to-end flow of data from multiple points of entry through to the CRM
* Working closely with the web team to ensure forms across our websites are capturing data in the correct format
* Identifying and correcting issues with processes and data across our marketing platforms
Skills & Experience:
* Previous exposure of acting as an admin-level user in a marketing automation platform such as Hubspot (strongly preferred), Marketo, Eloqua, etc.
* Experience setting up complex data flows between systems through native integrations or no-code connectors
* Understanding of the B2B sales cycle and the role marketing plays in opportunity creation
* Solid knowledge of email best practices and GDPR compliance
* Pro-active logical thinker with an aptitude for troubleshooting with a solutions-led approach
* Experience using a CRM such as Salesforce, preferably in a large multi-divisional business
* Experience working with a lead/contact/activity scoring system
* Knowledge of multi-touch attribution models for marketing reporting
* Excel knowledge with a focus on data transformation (desirable)
* Experience with any of: GoToWebinar, Terminus/Bombora, Swapcard, LinkedIn Advertising, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Outgrow, Zapier, Zoominfo, Intercom (desirable)
