Position Description: Key responsibilities: 1) Budget Governance & Operations • Optimisation of global marketing HQ budget • Financial forecasting • Complete oversight and governance of MBG HQ marketing budget including visibility on latest plans, budget utilization, R&O, etc. • PR/PO operations for global and geo budgets • Ensuring GAAP-compliance, procurement process alignment, etc. for HQ marketing requisitions • Manage budget operations BMS with finance and PR/PO operations team • Manage the PR/PO operations team • Manage HQ prototype process 2) Alliance Management and Support Oversight, including documentation and communication of alliance processes with the support of alliance operations and finance across programs to ensure full reimbursement. 3) Digital Transformation Initiatives • Support Digital Transformation initiatives for MBG including but not limited to: o AEM implementation and management o Anaplan UX improvements o Implementation of new MDF tool o Support ‘ROI platform’ including infrastructure to set-up in-house media-buy in the future 4) SME on Global Marketing Tools and Processes MBG Expert on marketing tools and processes providing support to all marketing employees globally.
