#### Position Description:
The Lenovo DCG Worldwide (WW) Services Marketing team is looking for a
Marketing Operations Specialist. As a WW Services Marketing Operations
Specialist, you will be responsible for managing our internal communications,
content repositories, and WW Services Marketing interlocks.
You will also be responsible for delivering marketing collateral within launch
timelines, while meeting expectations of customer satisfaction and business
adoption. You will interlock with cross-marketing colleagues, portfolio
managers, and project teams to drive internal and cross-team efficiencies. You
will need to have great communication skills and be agile in response to
changes and needs of multiple geographies, as you will collaborate with
diverse stakeholders and teams across the globe to ensure consistency in
marketing messaging and execution.
Responsibilities include…
• Manage WW DCG services marketing cadences and interlocks
• Create internal communications in accordance to launch schedules, including
seller education presentations, one pager service overviews, sales
conversation cards, etc.
• Collaborate with the WW DCG marketing business unit to ensure services
inclusion in product and solution marketing initiatives
• Interlock frequently with portfolio and geo marketing teams to address needs
• Maintain DCG services marketing internal repositories and cascade content
• Enhance DCG services marketing internal and external deliverables, working
with various internal teams and vendors as needed
• Work with DCG training teams to deliver DCG services training roadmap
• Contribute marketing strategy and expand digital marketing initiatives
#### Position Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or business
• 1- 3 years of marketing experience in globalized high-tech companies;
familiarity with servers or other data center products is highly desirable
• Excellent communications. Needs to effectively and proactively communicate
across different Lenovo functional teams, customers and partners.
• Time management skills
• Proficient in English
Base gross monthly salary from minimum 1150 EUR and above, depending on
experience + variable part 12% of your annual earnings
