Requirements:

• Degree holder of Journalism or Communication with Min. 2 years marketing experience
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Hands-on experience in broad range of marketing functions including event, exhibition, advertising and PR, brand building, publicity, retail marketing and coordination with principals / agencies
• Good analytical and presentation skills, excellent in writing Press Release, PPT presentations and able to handle PR functions
• Excellent communications, organization and project management skills
• Strong ability in Promoting Corporate Image and Brand Building
• Frequent travel is required (Italy, Switzerland, US, etc.)
• Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Immediate availability is preferred

Job Description:

• Design, create and produce brand communications materials such as advertisements, newsletter, catalogues, press releases, media kit, brand presentation, website / social media content, etc.
• Formulate and implement marketing & PR initiatives, including trade exhibitions, product launch, brand collaboration project, shop opening, etc.
• Manage corporate website, e-commerce and social media platforms
• Support Sales team and / or domestic and international customers in brand development projects
• Prepare & follow up merchandise materials (e.g. Graphic, POP) for in-store and window display
• Assist Manager with daily business activities and handle ad-hoc assignment
• Compose and edit a variety of written communications
• Provide secretarial support for association and perform other administrative duties as assigned
• Work outside normal office hours occasionally on a rota basis
