Responsible for agriculture market intelligence, including key brand/crop/grower segment market research, information collecting/analysis and summarizing like market trend and dynamic, industry information, competitor information.

Lead the marketing and business planning cycle, including 5-10 years business plan, 1 year budgeting and planning.

Coordination in the marketing brand/product price management.

Take the role as the China Decision Board coordinator to coordinate and communicate with regional decision board coordinator regarding the China new project/new development plan.

Bachelor degree or above, major in agriculture related.

5+ years working experience with at least 3 years marketing intelligence experience.

Fluent English in read, writing, listening and speaking.

Understand customer needs, understands market dynamics and competitive environment.

Good Team work spirit, excellent communication skills, initiative and the capability to assess new product, capability of opportunity assessment and recommendation.
