Join our team now at Siemens Healthineers as Marketing Professional Provides internal and external Marketing expertise for the Siemens Healthineers, Digital Technology & Innovation (DTI) division of Siemens Medical Solutions USA, Inc. in Princeton, NJ. The successful candidate must demonstrate excellent domain knowledge, strong teamwork skills, resourcefulness, and the ability to work effectively within a matrixed organization. This position is based in Princeton, NJ, and includes communication and interaction with several Siemens Healthineers business units. Responsibilities: · Develops and strengthens the internal and external marketing position of the organization’s Research & Development (R&D) team related to Artificial Intelligence (AI) / Machine Learning (ML) based Software as a Medical Device (SaMD). · Engages with management and varied stakeholders across the organization to understand needs, capture ideas, and help the organization be creative, thoughtful, and effective around marketing efforts. · Develops and implements a marketing strategy/plan, working with all departments to execute it in accordance with the needs of the R&D team in Princeton, NJ. · Drives the creation of content that showcases interesting and inspiring insights, ideas, and stories from people, products and technology. · Drives and coordinates content from multiple stakeholders for high-visibility presentations to customers and C-level executives. · Drives technology, innovation and patent award applications, including topic selection, positioning and writing with relevant stakeholders · Manages the External Communication Release Process, ensuring that all communication external to Siemens Healthineers is cleared by the appropriate reviewers and in line with Siemens Healthineers strategy and brand guidelines. · Manages scientific conference sponsorships and company booths. Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience: · BS/BA in Marketing or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience. · 8+ years of (hands on) Marketing experience in a Healthcare/Software environment, including successful demonstration of key responsibilities and knowledge as presented above. · Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with others. · Solid professional judgment and problem-solving competence. · Ability to work in a dynamic environment involving multiple internal and external stakeholders Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience: · The ideal candidate should be “hands-on", and proactive in working with internal Siemens stakeholders, providing expertise and guidance to ensure the successful marketing message of the R&D team in Princeton, NJ. · The ideal candidate should have affinity and good understanding of technology and innovative topics.
