The Marketing Program Management & Events Temp will support the Marketing Program Managers who have the primary responsibility of planning, project managing, and executing global marketing programs that communicate Bentley’s industry and product messaging to our users and prospects. Additionally, the Marketing Program Management & Events Temp will manage the logistics for 3rd party industry events in the United States.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Project manage, execute and maintain marketing campaigns
  • Analyze data – produce and analyze monthly metrics on results of marketing activities
  • Manage and track budget and actual spend of marketing activities
  • Plan and execute events from beginning to end
  • Work with lead processing team to manage leads collection and upload

 

Requirements:

  • Excellent project management skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work well under deadlines
  • Service-oriented with great communication/people skills
  • Ability to think through complex logical steps/be detail-oriented
