The Opportunity:
As Marketing Program Manager for Greater China, you will be responsible for building your region marketing plan, localizing global campaigns, developing and executing new regional campaigns that leverage a mix of of digital, events and seminars, tele-marketing, PR and client success stories.
You will report to the Asia Pacific Director of Field Marketing based in Sydney and work closely with the Account Development, Direct Sales, Solutions Consultants and Channels & Alliances teams to ensure campaigns are well integrated and meeting the needs of the business.
You are great at:
- Owning and leading regional campaign planning, development and execution
- Thinking/acting strategically to support long-term growth of the business
- Delivering campaigns that meet pipeline build targets
- Analysing marketing campaign performance and optimizing/growing results based your learnings
- Partnering with Account Development to ensure maximum return on investment
- Championing the use of digital techniques to drive demand and tangible pipeline for the business
- Leveraging global digital campaigns and providing your business unit requirements back to global campaign teams
- Planning and executing OpenText customer events or 3rd Party events that OpenText sponsors
- Driving integration of OpenText partner activities within campaigns
- Partnering with PR on press releases and developing client success stories
- Ensuring strong sales and marketing alignment
- Communicating with all business stakeholders and managing key relationships across sales, pre-sales, global campaign teams, product marketing and communications
What it takes:
- A bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of experience focused on campaign planning & execution, digital and event marketing
- Strong understanding of demand generation via digital channels
- Good understanding of the enterprise software market
- Ability to work well independently and within a team
- Strong PC skills, including familiarity with MS-Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce.com and marketing automation platforms such as Eloqua
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to effectively present and communicate ideas and plans to large groups / audiences and get their buy-in
