Marketing/ Public & Government Affairs Coordinator
The coordinator provides support for marketing and sales activities as well as public & government affairs part of the business unit. The role holder, works closely with the brand leads, brand managers within the business unit, public&government affairs team, and other coordinators across the company.
Typical Accountabilities
- Initiate and manage cooperation with partners, suppliers, agencies & HCPs (contracts, purchase orders, payments)
- Organizes and delivers specific activities and services in line with brand operational plans
- Collaborates with brand managers and Key Account Managers to ensure marketing and communication material is developed and signed-off, including supporting annual review of material according to SOP
- Engages with agencies to manage and coordinate development and delivery of marketing material with cooperation with brand leads/brand managers
- Controls projects ensuring delivery of project outputs according to plan
- Provide support on arrangements of details around Business Unit activities, e.g. internal meetings, educations, cycle meetings organization
- Assures tasks are of the correct quality and in accordance with written procedures and current legal requirements and internal standards
- Provide administrative and coordinative support in organizing and holding meetings with public stakeholders.
- Keeping track of official correspondence with government stakeholders, assuring adequate reporting of interactions in line with compliance regulations.
- Provide ad hoc support in proof-reading and formatting documents, Power Point presentations, etc.
Experience/requirements
- Excellent communication skills and fluent knowledge of both Polish and English language
- Specialist knowledge in relation to administrative/ business support activities in the relevant area
- Experience of Sales and Marketing Assistant and/or functional assistant work
- Past experience in providing administrative support to public stakeholders or in diplomacy is a plus.
- Competent in the use of relevant office equipment and systems
- Excellent computer and relevant software skills
- Customer service skills
- Ability to learn & adapt fast to changing environment
- Is knowledgeable about reputation management work and proactively work to ensure compliance with pharma code and code of conduct
- Prioritizes workload, great organizational skills
- Ability to follow through and contribute to finding new effective processes / ways of working
- Ability to work with others – works well with other people. Relates to them in an attentive and adroit way. Listens, communicates and resolves conflicts constructively
