Description
We are looking for a talent to execute market research projects for new products and services in Asia Pacific and provide knowledge and insights to support strategic and tactical business decisions. You will be a partner to marketing, product and sales teams to drive profitable growth and reduce risk in the business models.
Responsibilities
? Design primary quantitative and qualitative market research studies and develop research plans in accordance with business objectives.
? Ensure accurate and timely execution of all research projects.
? Develop and present research proposals and results to related departments, and provide data analysis for business decisions.
? Collaborate with the Research and Insights team in Headquarter and other regions to offer a full range of services and to work on global projects.
? Learn the full range of quantitative research methods and apply them to residential, commercial and industrial business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-customer (B2C) business issues.
? Engage in process improvement activities and initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Market Research. Education/ training experience in quantitative research applications, qualitative research or facilitation techniques, business analysis, and marketing is a plus.
? A minimum of 5 years working experience with market research role with experience in primary quantitative and qualitative research.
? B2B and durables market research experience is preferred.
? Strong project management experience with proven ability to coordinate projects across international locations and languages.
? Experience in supporting new product/service development with market information, segmentation, exploratory qualitative, observational, concept testing and product testing
? Ability to determine project objectives and identify appropriate research methodologies to meet the needs
? Excellent communication skills and able to work with all levels.
? Strong quantitative analytical skills and knowledge of statistical software (SPSS/SAS).
? Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
? Detail oriented, quick learner and good team player in a multi-cultural environment.
? Good command of Chinese and English.
