• Be responsible for oversea market, active in development and maintaining for clients；
• Responsible for requests from teams and existing agencies or clients.
• Be responsible for general customer reception work. Prepare the documents (product information, sample, product brochure...) for customer visiting.
• Prepare quotations with equipment appropriate for each customers requirement and prepare the contracts or tenders.
• Develop proposals for specific customer requirements and specific solutions.
• Be responsible for following up order progress, and coordinate with various departments to ensure the contract execution.
• Be responsible for general customer reception work.
• Follow up on time payments.
• Establish customer files and general callback on time after selling.
• Collect the competitor information monthly
• Responsible with the export customs declaration, and tracking. Assure declaration documents are correct.

任职资格

1、Bachelor degree in machinery, poultry or relevant major;

2、At least 5 years of oversea sales experiences. It would be better with experiences in poultry industry

3、Good at market analysis & development, communication and coordination, capable in problems solving;
