Job Description
Location: Nairobi/Mombasa Kenya
Key Duties
 Improve and increase sales and market share of CAN GAS products and services in all the applicable industries and territories in the Africa as directed by the management team.
 Business development and maintenance, sales development, management and maintenance: for bids, sub-vendors, government and organizational procurement, end users, contractors of all levels, dealership, partnership, distributorship, resellership, in the designated territory to cover the market demand and customer’s applications and needs - local sales & service network establishment.
 Strategic account penetrations and continued relationship building to enable CAN GAS to penetrate the equipment purchase (sales) channel with both national and independent companies and increase customer share/revenue within these accounts.
 Establishment and maintenance of municipal + business relationships in Kenya and Africa, to lay a good foundation for the company to set up branch company in Kenya later to radiate and cover the entire African market.
 Develop and implement a strategy to achieve sales revenue growth and market share targets within designated territory. Development and maintenance of sales channels, establishment of distribution system.
 Establishment and maintenance of municipal + business relationships in Kenya and Africa, to lay a good foundation for the company to set up branch company in Kenya later to radiate and cover the entire African market.
 Product promotion by all means in all necessary occasions. Make regular updates on market conditions and competitor activity, including upcoming threats/opportunities, as necessary to assist new product development and marketing. Take part in or visit all related exhibitions and conferences and summits inside Africa.
 Arrange the time reasonably and wisely, complete the tasks assigned by the company, and accept KPI assessment.

Competence and Qualifications
 Nationality: Kenya
 Proactive, good learning ability, strong pressure resistance, strong sense of responsibility, can be independent most of the time.
 A 4-year bachelor’s degree in Engineering (electromechanical, compressor, industrial manufacturing), or similar with a minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial sales, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
 Have entrepreneurial experience, or a strong willingness to manage and operate a business, or a strong willingness to market or promote, or a strong willingness to take responsibility for sales, or have a strong will to create a lifelong career independently.
 Familiar with and understand the development and prospects of the air separation industry, agree with the development concept of CAN GAS, and intend to establish a long-term career plan in the air separation industry or enterprise management.
 Able to read English, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, technical data and governmental regulations.Preferably excellent skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing both in English & French.
