Ebär GmbH is a new and fast growing German company that is selling and distributing worldwide bicycle and household products. As the main activities are organized from the Chinese office in Pudong, we are looking for a Marketing and Sales Assistant that is supporting the international business development.
Job Description
- Promoting company and products
o by writing reports + blogs
o by creation of visual assets like stylish photos and professional designs
o by creation of professional looking materials such as brochures, products and price lists
- Administration of our international Social Media and Website Contents
- Administration of the product catalogue
- Sales & Customer Service for our international clients
- Maintaining official website. Assemble and revise the website using CMS (Wordpress)
- Maintaining shop systems (AMAZON).
- Deploying brand and product campaigns
- Regularly reviewing and reporting competitors' activities and market trend
- Supporting the identification of customer needs
- Supporting company and product promotion on Exhibitions and events
- Supporting business development
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Design, Marketing, IT or Business Administration
- Professional English level and international experienced. German or any other language would be an advantage.
- Marketing and Sales background
- Good eye for aesthetics and design (colors, styles), processing of photos and the usage of corresponding software
- Good writing style
- Willingness to travel worldwide
- Good communication skills
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, CMS knowledge like Wordpress)
