Job Description
1.Responsible for live stream on platforms Alibaba, including but not limited to introduce products, interact with viewers and guide to promotions.
2.Interactive Question & Answer with online viewers. Continuously improve live streaming skills, increase viewer-staying duration, viewer communication rate and customer conversion rate. Participate in live broadcast review with partners to improve.
3.Collaborate with teammates to join activities and to produce the featured content, such as, photo and video shooting. Plan the combined commodity and marketing strategy before the live stream and featuring in the recording related IP short videos or product videos for live stream promotions and product previews in preparation.
4.Follow company regulations, host Alibaba live streams with quantity and quality guaranteed. Create IP image with company.
5.Video and audio recording for company promotion purposes


Job Qualifications
1.Good image, strong affinity and between 20-35 years old.
2.American or Canadian, native speakers *ONLY*
3.Minimum of 1 year of experience handling and or distributing live or prerecorded audio /video content.
4.Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changing requirements
5.Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate as needed to meet deadlines and accomplish mission objectives.
