Marketing & Social Media Executive

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Develop initiatives for the hotel key feeder markets to increase traffic on Direct channels. Update and optimize the Hotel content on Direct, Indirect channels and online listings including but not limited to TripAdvisor, Google My Business…
• Assist the Director of MARCOM on the day-to-day digital operation routine or tasks.
• Monitor and optimize Acquisition levers at Hotel level (SEO, Display, Paid Social…)
• Manage the active presence of the property on all Social Media channels. Deliver monthly and quarterly reports on web performance.
• Assist with content creation, maintain hotel databases, manage influencer projects, build and manage EDM newsletters.
• Ensure website content is always up to date in all languages available, updated according to the CMS corporate guidelines. Liaise with the corporate office for any website enhancements.
• Ensure all content (pictures and text) is according to corporate standards and all content of the IPADS is up to date.

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:

• Ability to work in a remote location or island life.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and computer literacy is a must.
• Proven experience in digital marketing.
• Copywriting and content planning experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and team-work skills including great communication skills.
• Strong multitasking skills and eagerness to learn.
• Computer literate, confident Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, various social media platforms user.
• Familiarization with WordPress (CMS system).
• Experience in email marketing.
• Experience in SEO.
