The Acceleration Group within Bentley Systems is seeking a Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for the project management and execution of go-to-market, lead generation, and digital marketing campaigns for their assigned Brands and Products. Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Working with regional Sales and Marketing teams on planning tactics and offers based on Product Line plans and is responsible for executing global, digital campaigns.
- Work closely with team members to strategize, create, and execute lead nurturing campaigns in HubSpot.
- Work with teams to execute email marketing campaigns, ABM plans, and virtual events.
- Support Product Marketing Managers in developing and editing web pages, using WordPress.
- Use performance information with data insights and recommendations on optimizing the campaign marketing mix to increase the ROI on Marketing spend by identifying what works and what does not. A/B testing and experience with audience development and persona-based segmentation useful.
- Recommend and implement best practices for email marketing, landing pages, webinars, segmentation, and lead management within assigned Brands and Product lines.
Other Duties:
- Manage the execution of global campaign offers and campaign reporting.
- Create social shareables and other collateral to promote campaigns.
- Write blog posts and other inbound content to drive organic traffic.
- Create and optimize landing pages following SEO best practices.
- Maintain planning documentation and accompanying schedules covering deliverables, resources, task assignments, critical path, and milestone dates.
- Enter and maintain calendars to ensure priorities are clear and transparent across teams.
- Execute scheduled tasks and provide progress updates to regional marketing and sales teams.
- Provide reporting and analytics using HubSpot, GoToWebinar, Google Analytics, and other available data sources on performance including response and conversation rates for individual tactics and offers and tracking results against sales pipeline.
- Promote, administer, and moderate virtual events for a global team.
- Manage registration process for virtual events.
- Ensure post-event follow up is timely executed, in terms of lead management.
- - Communicate campaign plans internally
What You Bring to the Team:
- Degree in Marketing
- Minimum of 2 years proven experience in B2B, including digital marketing, email marketing, webinar/virtual events
- Experience with Virtual Events, Marketing Automation and Reporting, and Social Media Marketing and Reporting. Experience with marketing automation platforms preferred (such as Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot)
- PC literacy with appropriate MS Office applications proficiency
- Project Management knowledge
- Excellent organizational & communication skills
Preferred:
Experience with HubSpot, GoToWebinar, Google Analytics, WordPress, PhotoShop (Adobe Creative)
Experience with (or ability to quickly adapt to) a matrix organization involving different cultures and dispersed virtual teams.
