Job Description
Responsibilities

1. Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand.
2. Prepare reports of findings, illustrating data graphically and translating complex findings into written text.
3. Measure and assess customer and employee satisfaction.
4. Forecast and track marketing and sales trends, analyzing collected data.
5. Seek and provide information to help company determine their position in the marketplace.
6. Measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communications programs and strategies.
7. Conduct research on consumer opinions and marketing strategies, collaborating with marketing professionals, statisticians, pollsters, and other professionals.

Qualifications
1. Has a bachelors and master’s degree in marketing or business related area
2. Should have prior working experience of two or more years in marketing field.
3. Should be bilingual, have good verbal and communication skills in English and Chinese.
4. Has a good understanding of the Chinese market for mobile apps and software technology.
5. Is able to coordinate with various universities and organize promotional events such as product launch of the software.
6. Is able to gain feedback from the users of our software apps.
7. Is able to build relationships with our clients and project partners and build on the networks.
8. Has a good learning ability and grasping power to understand the higher-level management’s needs.
9. Should come-up with innovative and creative promotional techniques.
10. Prepare sales strategy and market reports suitable for the products.
