具体岗位职责：

Job summary:The Marketing Specialist focusses on contributing to print and digital marketing efforts, logistics and procurement, and outreach. This bilingual role also includes support for translation and Mandarin communications.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Support with online marketing, such as newsletter, social media, website and blog, search engine optimization, and online advertising.
• Assist with quality control for the department.
• Manage ELG’s databases.
• Support department with logistics, including coordination with Operations, meeting set up, booking transportation, arranging for meeting rooms, and other logistics needs as they arise.
• Administrative tasks including arranging for kuaidi shipment, answering the telephone, organizing office storage, and data management (e.g. Dropbox organization).
• Manage procurement, including printing, for the department.
• Support ELG events with planning, onsite support, and feedback.
• Attending outreach events.
• Photography and videography support.
