Main Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement annual media promotion, collect and monitor Media Clip regularly;
• Execute university marketing project;
• Fulfill translation tasks independently, work closely with translation partners;
• Support Com4 yarn programme, in coordination with relevant partners, and reporting.
• Assist team for effectively rolling out marketing activities, symposium execution and follow up reference
• Support in other marketing tasks, e.g. printing, inventory and storage of the marketing materials.

Key Requirements Key Competencies & Skills

• Background education of BA or Master in textile, or mechanical or technical equivalent;
• 3-5 years in marketing or in textile, textile machinery industry
• Good written and spoken English;
• Good computer/IT skills, familiar with XLS sheets/PDF/PPT and internet tools;

Key competencies

• Sensitive to new media tools;
• Good communication and coordination skills;
• Must be a team-player, cross-culturally sensitive, quick learning, and attention to details;
• Positive and proactive working attitude;
• Able to work under pressure and able to meet deadline on assigned projects.
