Responsibilities:
Manage the marketing communication strategy, activity planning, content for brand leveraging and leads generation
Collaborate with IT and agencies for the design and operation of the website, social media platform, or e-commerce for timely updates and the best customer experience, engage brand-user interaction.
Create visual design solutions that address business, brand, market, and user requirements, with strong insightful message and compelling.
Provide creative copywriting content contributing to all type of communication platforms, i.e. digital, print, film, events, both short and long-form.
Collaborate actively with sales and product management, technical support functions to produce contents, campaigns, tools from conception to completion
Manage vendors and agencies, to ensure best quality output.
Plan and organize exhibitions, company events.
Constantly optimize SEO; Measure and report performance of all marketing activities including social media and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Ensure image inventory is developed and maintained, with leveraged quality meets group standard
Develop e-commerce concept and execution
Be in charge of the in-house show room.
Guide and support sales and other functions to act in line with the company branding guideline.
Requirements:
Education: graphic design, visual art, web design, marketing, or journalism;
3-5 years marketing communication experience, must include digital marketing communication experience and copywriting. Depth understanding of the digital dynamics.
Being alert on market dynamics and creative on the content creation and storytelling, on-brief and compelling - No matter the topic, you’re able to put it into words that make it real, passionate to make difference by storytelling.
Highly energize and passionate about marketing and mass communication work, Self-motivated and resourceful, proactive; a proven do-er, take initiative with a “can do“ and “try new” attitude.
Skilled in using industry standard design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Web development experience is a plus (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery)
Equally effective when working independently or in teams. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, flexible and positive team player that enjoys working in collaborative scenarios across teams and disciplines.
Strong work ethics and takes pride in the quality of their work. Deadline driven and ability to work well under pressure; Be able to work on multi-tasks.
Native Chinese, fluent in English.
