Duties and responsibilities:

• Support with online marketing, such as newsletter, social media, website and blog, search engine optimization, and online advertising.

• Assist with quality control for the department.

• Manage ELG’s databases.

• Support department with logistics, including coordination with Operations, meeting set up, booking transportation, arranging for meeting rooms, and other logistics needs as they arise.

• Administrative tasks including arranging for kuaidi shipment, answering the telephone, organizing office storage, and data management (e.g. Dropbox organization).

• Manage procurement, including printing, for the department.

• Support ELG events with planning, onsite support, and feedback.

• Attending outreach events.

• Photography and videography support.

• Overall Chinese language support:

• Bachelor’s Degree

• Excellent computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• Minimum 2 years of marketing experience

• Native Mandarin speaker; high level of English (aural and written); other language skills (especially French and German) are desired

• First aid certificate preferred
