• Sales tracking and check product performance vs. targets by month/quarter.

• Handling the brand activity that include social/ATL, BTL promotion material, sample and so on.

• Work with trade marketing team to initiate promotion pack and burn it out.

• Work with trade marketing team for the promotion plan to drive business growth

• Budget management and PO checking

• POSM initiate and maintains (include creative development and censorship)

• Support for internal approval process

• Supervise the assigned marketing activities and project, and Communication and coordination with internal、external, and agency

• Actively support Senior Mkt Directo with administrative duties

Qualification for Job

• A university degree

• At least 2-3 years hands on experience in marketing

• Accountable in project management

• Strong communication skill, self-driven and willingness to push through barriers and drive result

• Good at Office tools, especially PPT and Excel

• Can use English in daily work, especially write and read
