As a Marketing Specialist, you will closely work with the Commercial, Product Marketing and Data Analytics teams to lead and support sales growth efforts within the organization by developing and implementing various online/offline marketing programs that drive new business and sales revenue across the region.
Specific Responsibilities:
Trade Marketing
- Promote local and overseas events (for e.g. digital assets, event landing page, pre-event nurturing, post-event feedback) in collaboration with business and marketing stakeholders.
- Execute online and offline campaigns based on marketing calendar to support branding
- Plan and implement trade marketing activities (e.g. brand campaigns, roadshows, in-store sampling, etc.)
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure the execution of marketing campaigns
- Design, develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, content/web/SEO, paid ads, search, landing pages.)
- Contribute to and harness the value of our CRM throughout demand & lead generation
- Support and drive innovation for various projects and events (offline and online)
- Conduct online & offline/integrated marketing campaign analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth
- Preparation of trade presentations like new product launches, listing upgrades, business reviews
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the company
Digital Marketing Responsibilities
- Implement online & offline/integrated marketing campaigns targeted at B2B customers, dealers and distributors in Southeast Asia and Taiwan (SEATW) throughout MyFisherStore.com management and Eloqua email marketing execution
- Grow new business demand, nurture sales-qualified leads, drive repeat sales and reduce churn and contraction in efforts of continuous business process improvement
- Execute digital marketing activities across a broad range of digital marketing channels through primarily web and email marketing across the region in collaboration with Commercial and Product Management teams
- Manage and maintain the brand’s owned media social platforms Work with the commercial, product marketing and analytics teams to create and track sales-qualified leads throughout the sales opportunity funnel
- Provide updates and insights for monthly business review to the organization
- Report regularly on program performance, build dashboards that track performance, and make optimization recommendations
- Align with teams across the organization to optimize campaigns at the country level and achieve shared business outcomes – SEATW Campaigns, Sales, Ops, Regional Marketing, Enablement, Success
Technical Skills and Competencies:
1. Trade/digital marketing experience (*web & email marketing) in B2B biotechnology/related industry
2. Minimum 1 years in sales & marketing program execution-to-management experience
3. Organized and able to multi-task, handling diverse instances and working under strict timelines in collaboration with the cross-functional matrix organization
4. Good written and communication skills to influence internal and external stakeholders
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 – specifically, PowerPoint, Excel and Project
6. A team player with a can-do attitude with the ability to work proactively and independently
7. Acts with urgency, seeks new ideas, and always suggests alternatives within a business environment given and limited
8. Fluent in English with strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
