Marketing Specialist for Italy Intl within CSO EMEA Regional Marketing

Job Description
The role is a maternity cover role for WM Italy International (including GUHNW) therefore you will need to take full responsibility of the market during this time. (temporary April 2020 to February 2021) Please find below some of the main tasks.
• Market events: These are events completely organized by Marketing for some or all segments of WM Italy International (such as Ski Event, Meet the CEO, CIO events etc). Usually every quarter we have approx. 3 events of this kind. Due to cross-border reasons most of these events take place in Switzerland.
• Desk Events: These are events (up to 25 participants) organized by our desks with Marketing support. Marketing assists in the definition of the program, contracts, NDAs, invitation material and ensures that these initiatives are compliant. Approximately 20 of these events are organized during the year.
• Marketing Plan 2021: Development of a structured Marketing Plan for the upcoming year according to business objectives and regulatory environment
• Group Hospitality Platforms: Manage ticket requests for all segments (especially Art Basel, ABMB and Locarno Film Festival)
• Collaboration with WM Ticino: Regularly update the colleagues from Marketing Ticino on our marketing initiatives and look for collaboration opportunities
• Central initiatives/events: Sometimes we get the opportunity to participate at events organized centrally or by other markets. Before activating the invitation process within the market, Marketing needs to check supplementary instructions (if we are allowed to participate and under which conditions) and if there is interest within the market.
• Regular Meetings with Market Head, Marketing, Sales, Legal, Business Management in order to continuously adapt/review Marketing Plan according to business needs/regulatory environment
• Handling ad-hoc requests from DHs/CAs such as sponsoring offerings from clients (etc)
• Publication Management: Upon request coordinate and ensure a compliant distribution of UBS publications for Italian clients booked in Switzerland
