Responsible for orchestrating and architecting the strategic marketing technology roadmap, via development and support services to meet AIA's business needs

1. Research and recommend new martech platforms
2. Orchestrate marketing technology platforms
3. Train and support marketing staff in ulitization of martech
4. Integrate marketing technology platforms
5. Monitor data quality within martech platforms

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Architect the overall marketing stack of Marketing Technology (martech) platforms and solutions
• Monitor performance and SLAs of martech platforms
• Integrate martech platform with non-martech processes
• Provide and forecast budgets for martech business requirements
• Perform technical reviews of new and existing martech solutions
• Identify and sunset outdated and underutilized martech applications
• Negotiate commercial terms when purchasing new platforms
• Lead the implementation of martech development and testing based on Business User requirements
• Identify and consolidate redundant and/or multiple martech platforms
• Perform security and compliance reviews for related martech risks
• Customized martech solutions with software developments
• Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Basic Digital Marketing skills
• Knowledge and Skills on Insuretech/Fintech and Martech
• Basic understanding of Marketing Funnel: Awareness, Consideration, Conversion and Advocacy
• Excellent business communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills
• Able to translate business requirements into technical speak (and vice versa)
