Job Description
The main duty:
• Admissions Duties
• Receive potential parents and deliver thorough school tour and provide information about P&O of the school, curriculum and programmes
• Enter new enquiries on GMIS and monitor frequent contact directly
• Assist parents through the application process from start to finish, following the Admissions Policies and Procedure Manuel.
• Remain of assistance to new parents until the student’s first week at school
• Handle telephone, email and walk-in enquiries with a professional and informative manner.
• Take care of Parent Room, keeping it consistently welcoming and tidy.
• External Marketing
• Monitor school website pages and content to keep up to date.
• Initiate and organize school promotional events (Open Days, external events etc.)
• Setup and maintain the relationship with foreign communities in Rizhao and surrounding area.
• Remain in contact with HR staffs of the foreign invested companies, maintain and improve all current external partnerships with relocation and real estate agents in Rizhao.
• Work close with media according to needs (advertising, articles, interviews)
• Work closely with supervisor to share current customer / database.
• Assist with article writing / translation for material (website, YC Links etc).
• Oversee the distribution of school information / YC Links / annual calendars.
• Liaise with supervisor to have Google Analytics codes and oversee updated content / links to websites and remain with agreed timeline of work.
• Monitor marketing materials (information kits, promotional gifts, pamphlets, posters, fliers) and notify supervisor when new stock required.
• Contribute to Annual Marketing research and plans as required.
• Implement annual Marketing Plan.
• Help maintain good relations with local government officers to advertise our school to those potential investors.
• Continually stay alert to the market and freely share with team.
• Internal Marketing - Assist with internal activities and social family events.
