JOB PURPOSE：

• Responsible for report requirement from development and management;

• Assist on PPT preparation, format/template design, marketing data collection, etc.;

• Assist on budget process;

• Prepare and circulate weekly market press news within organization.

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Responsible for report requirements from development and management;

• Solutions are not pre-determined by BA, but are driven by requirements of business;
• Quickly understands the business issues and data challenges of department's request;
• Possesses understanding in the areas of application programming, database and logic behind: Pegasus, Pegasun, Concerto, Infocenter, SIS… Understands how systems interface with each other;
• Ensure reliable data extraction to maintain a high level of reporting reliability (dependable statistics and logical data methods) ;

• Assist direct manager to prepare regular reports (including but not limited to below), also come up with more meaningful reports which would help on the business development and operational management:

• Sales Activity Report (for sales team)
• Monthly flash activity reports at BU level (for BU)
• Branch Activity Report (for branches)
• Supplier Management Report (for procurement )
• Industrial Project Performance Report (for project team)
• SHL Monthly Report per Customer (for Logistics)

a. Report the issues are identified or tracked to related team and direct manager

b. Try design the reports with more vivid view and with interactive features

• Assist direct manager on Budget process ( a two to three months process of synthesis business analysis).

• Coordinate with OMC/Concerto department to process the budget data cleaning
• Coordinate with FIN, meet deadline of data entry.
• Ensure the accuracy of data entry.
• Assist direct manager to prepare data analysis in terms of productivity, vol /GM impact per Branch/BU/product/route/control type … for exhaustive study by management before REG review meeting .
• Other tasks assigned by manager

• Assist development and management prepare comprehensive presentations and reports and provide high level support to teams;

• Consolidate information from various department
• Design and update digital media materials for internal and external communication
• Materials for screens (ops, sales and log hubs)
• Materials for other adhoc internal and external events
• Constantly come up with creative ideas and initiatives to improve the overall marketing in both the sales and social media aspect

• Prepare weekly Market Press News

• Collect market information which is related to our business industry from various medias (websites / wechat official account / magazine / newspaper / TV / broadcasting…)
• News are including but not limited to following aspects:

a. global or local market news for business development;

b. industry policy changes from authorities;

c. market trends from industry associations;

d. port or terminal status sharing.

• Share Market Press News within organization on weekly basis.

• Over 2 years’ experience in multi-national companies, preferably in International Freight Forwarding or Logistics industry;
• Equivalent to Degree holder in International business studies, marketing, MIS or any relevant qualification;
• Strong analytical skill, with prompt & clear reporting details to report requestors;
• Self-driven, quality, detail and results-oriented with an ability to work well under pressure;
• Reliable, critical thinking, determined and hard working;
• Good communication skills
  

• Good knowledge of Ms Excel, preferably version 2013 or above
• Good skills on Powerpoint and other office applications
• Knowing of Tableau or Power BI is a plus
