Marketing & Business Development Assistant

Your tasks:
Edit and publish marketing material through a whole range of marketing channels (E-mail, Website, Blog, Social Media, etc.)
Draft and format presentations, reports and papers
Development of promotional marketing materials and visual merchandizing
Support in writing articles
Conduct ongoing follow-up activities with clients and candidates via email, phone and in person
Actively promote APMCs services to new and existing clients
Represent APMC at all kinds of events, such as trade fairs, networking-events, seminars, etc.
Support coordination and establishment of relationships with clients and partners
Conduct market research
Identify potential new clients and attend in meetings
Support team in their daily work

Requirement:
Ideally a bachelor degree, or still enrolled as student in marketing, marketing communications, or similar area
International work or study experience is preferred
Willing to learn, organized and creative
High level of personal integrity, reliability and interpersonal skills
Strong team work spirit and a fun person to work with
Ability to input ideas and suggestions for improvements within the role, the branch and the business
Familiar with social media, such as LinkedIn and Weixin
Fluency in Chinese and English, German is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including email, website development, user experience enhancement, database maintenance, and basic html
Interest in Human Resources Management and experience with CRM software is a plus
Experience with Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, etc. is a plus
