Key Roles and Responsibilities :

• Identify own brand social influencer / KOL /celebrity to enhance brand exposure and awareness
• Onboard new affiliates: help set up new affiliates on our program. Walk them through the process of getting started. Answer any questions they have about our product, program or payment process.
• Recruit new affiliates: Identify potential partners, reach out to them, and close the deal.
• Review and suggest edits to online articles to correct inaccurate or outdated information.
• Analyze and track the profitability of affiliate campaigns and tweak to achieve better efficiency
• Collaborate with the rest of the marketing team to gather content ideas or determine specific new features that we want our partners to promote
• Develop relevant content to reach the company’s target customers

Qualifications and Experience :

• Degree holder, preferably in Marketing, Communication, content marketing or relevant discipline
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in marketing, social media, PR, journalism or related role for travel 
• Technical knowledge for integration with affiliates (Media buying and PPC knowledge - advantage)
• Fluent in English, excellent in verbal and written communication, presentation skills (additional foreign languages will be a plus)
• Strong Negotiation and business development skills
• Data analysis skills & ability to reach actionable conclusions
• A good communicator and team worker
• MS Office & Internet savvy
