Your Mission As marketing manager for Partner Management of Motion Control Drive Systems, you will drive the digital transformation of our partner management channels to adapt to digital-driven consumer trends across the product lifecycle leveraging modern technology and the latest MarCom trends for Industry 4.0 You are responsible for planning and executing customized marketing activities to maintain the right partners for our brand and to grow sales e.g., by planning channel partner media campaigns and marketing packages to support partner goals and strengthen customer relationships You develop new, creative strategies, campaigns, and other measures (360-degree MarCom approach) via state-of-the art marketing (e.g. social selling, influencer marketing, etc.) for our drive system’s customer journey according to partners offering You measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) You actively contribute to promote our partner offering and support our industrial customers and partners to digitalize their business You create relevant storylines for national and international trade fairs and customer events You support in the creation of customer references highlighting the added value of our portfolio Moreover, you are cooperating closely with our Communications department, our Business Segments, the Regions as well as agencies and vendor partners Your Profile You successfully completed a bachelor’s degree or above, major in Business/ Marketing or (Industrial-) Engineering/ Mechatronics or similar education You gained more than 3 years of relevant experience in operative and strategic tasks in Business-to-Business Marketing or Business Development/ Sales – preferably in the field of drive technology and/or automation technology You hold sound knowledge of up-to-date digital marketing concepts lined up with the capability to communicate clear strategies and value propositions towards customers You have experience in planning and realizing projects (e.g. market launches, trade fairs, other events) You have solid knowledge in online communications (e.g. websites, website analytics and tools) and / or have strong motivation to learn the relevant Siemens online and social media tools You have experience in developing and managing search engine optimization & marketing campaigns (SEO/SEM) Language fluent in English.
