Job Description
What you will do
1. Pricing Planning: Setting up pricing strategy based on the firm's market strategy, market research, competitors' analysis and profits analysis.
2. Market Research and Data Analysis: Collecting and analyzing market research information, and then predicting future market trends.
3. Product Development: Evaluating the feasibility of new product development, and establishing marketing strategy by data analytics and product positioning.
4. Promotion Activities: Having an understanding of our new products in order to introduce and promote to the market.
5. Distribution Channel Management: Managing our distribution channels and executing channel strategy.
6. Make distributor's incentive plans.
1.價格訂定：依公司策略、市場調查、競品分析和成本及損益的考量，制訂價格策略。
2.市場調研及分析企業統計數據：市場情報搜集與分析市場情報，並對未來趨勢進行推估。
3.產品開發與推廣：評估新產品開發的可行性，進行市場資料分析與產品定位，發展產品行銷策略。
4.營業端活動推動：瞭解新產品規格並推廣至營業販賣。
5.經銷通路管理：管理經銷通路，並執行通路策略。
6.獎勵金制度訂定

Qualifications
1. Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
2. Have broad knowledge in business management, finance and accounting, and international trade.
3. Have great cross-departmental communication skills.
4. Be able to work independently and handle stress well.
5. Be able to execute projects, including but not limited to project planning and implementation, cross-departmental communications, and result presentation.
6. Based on the progress of projects, it may be inevitable to work overtime or on weekends sometimes.
7. Good command of the English language is a must (TOEIC over 800 or IELTS 6.5 and higher)
