Job Purpose/Overview
- Develop category (sub-category) vision and road map strategy by collaborating with Mktg and sales team to drive category (sub-category) growth incl. both SPT/Grocery channel/portfolio based on deep understanding of customer, shopper, and market fact and insight.
- Plan and execute category activities by collaborating with Mktg team and sales teams based on category (sub-category) vision and strategy.
- Develop category and brand selling story to win in-stores based on category (sub-category) vision and strategy. If necessary, by channel.
- Feed customer, shopper, category, and sales perspective into innovation+renovation product design/launch planning and activations based on close connection with sales team, CMI, and SRMs and 4 real principle.
- Co-work with Customer Mktg team to develop Picture of Success (PICoS) based on category vision and shelf strategy by channel to execute perfect store program.
- Co-work with Mktg team to build and develop brand campaign, POP, Display, Communication tool.
- Liaison field sales team with central demand team to harmonize One demand strategy plan and execution.
- Lead and support to mandatory store front activities by brand and channel, e.g. PKPG program, recruit program, etc.
※This position would be required to come to the TOK(OSA) office a maximum two days per week (less than 50% of the month) when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver sub-category business targets and sub-category strategic targets.
- Develop category (sub-category) vision and strategy by collaborating with Mktg team.
- Plan product specifications (incl. innovation, renovation, in-and-out) and launch plan with Mktg team (i.e. pricing, packaging, source of volume, channel/shelf location, distribution target).
- Plan and execute sub-category activities by collaborating with Mktg team.
- Develop selling story by sub-category and by brand and by channel if necessary.
- Support to build PICoS and shelf strategy to execute perfect store by category and by channel.
- Support to build sales plan, NSV, TE, Distribution, etc. from the point of sub-category.
- Input and suggest to cross function team on improvement points from customer, market and shopper view.
- Execute and improve store front tool by co-working with Mktg and Sales team.
- Make proposal gap-fill action by sub-category.
- Support CAT manager to motivate team members.
Context and Scope
This position needs to have responsibility for activity of sub-category, campaign, tools, promotion, etc. for growth.
Need to build and lead growth of sub-category, not only brand for our business.
Actively contact to sales team to gain real information for growth, discuss cross-function members and senior members to input useful information.

1. Education & Professional Qualification:Have general common knowledge and know FMCG, Pet industry.
2. Knowledge/Experience:Experience or ability to catch up and knowledge of FMCG industry. Analyzing market data.
