Intel Mask Operations (IMO) in Santa Clara, California s the team in charge of creating what are considered the best masks in the industry. To create a mask, IMO engineers use computerized drawings from Intel chip designers that are the blueprints for our processors and their billions of transistors. Our team is seeking a qualified candidate to fill a Senior Technology Development Integration engineer position.
In this role, the candidate will be responsible for the optimization of current process flows and development of integrated process flows for future process technologies and prepare the process flows for high volume and transfer readiness. Candidate will own planning and conducting experiments to fully characterize the processes throughout development cycle.

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualification to be initially considered for this position. Qualification listed as preferred or additional will be considered a plus factor for applicants.
Minimum Qualifications:
Candidates must meet at least one of the following minimum requirements:
- Hold a PhD degree in Electrical, Chemical, Materials Engineering, Physics, Chemistry or Engineering disciplines +5 years experience in semiconductor or manufacturing field
- Hold a Master's degree in Electrical, Chemical, Materials Engineering, Physics, Chemistry or Engineering disciplines +8 years experience in semiconductor or manufacturing field
Preferred Qualifications :
5+ years of experience in semiconductor industry in process engineering and integration.
Working knowledge of device physics and process technology
Working knowledge of statistical design of experiments and data analysis in various data analysis tools such JPM, SQL PF, etc.,

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
