Responsibilities
- Timely processing Master Data Creation\Modification requests received in line with the company policies.
- Oversight and identify opportunities for continuous improvements of data accuracy, and quality.
- Work with SAP and relative RPA projects to improve the process effectiveness.
- Responsible for safeguard the company stamps, make sure the stamps are used for business purpose only, and with proper approvals.
- Ensure the documents being stamped is consistent with the approved ones.
- Track tender cases and progress via working with BU and division admin, provide support to finance with analysis of business.
- Review and file non-standard contracts, keep an accurate and completed record.
- Other ad hoc tasks\projects assigned by manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent, major in accounting or business
- 1-2 years experience. SAP knowledge is highly preferred
- Ability to work independently and work on multiple task assignments
- Efficiency, endurance, accountable and attention to details
