Job Description
Job Summary Maintain full updates into CRM system (TPH, SAP, Oracle & Vista) as well as any customer request related with new customers, sold-to settings, ship-to settings, lead times, obsolete parts and some invoicing activities. •Researches data discrepancies via a variety of electronic tools and/or communicates via email or phone with sales and marketing stakeholders to confirm data accuracy. Job Responsibilities Works directly with Account data exported from TPH and ensures its accuracy. Researches data discrepancies via a variety of electronic tools and/or communicates via email or phone with sales and marketing stakeholders to confirm data accuracy. Works directly and indirectly with SAP, Vista, and Customer 360 data and the teams associated with maintaining its accuracy. Improves reporting by providing accurate customer hierarchy, classification and grouping of detailed account information Continuous improvement of the availability of consistent, high integrity business relevant data. Coordinates and sets-up customer classification, grouping and hierarchy through virtual teams with support of country-/central sales organizations, segment management and marketing teams and product divisions in various systems Qualifications Qualifications Education level required: Bachelor degree necessary. Years and area of experience required: Minimum 1 year customer interaction/support experience . Technical knowledge: Knowledge of and experience working in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) Ability to research detailed information via a variety of electronic tools Ability to read, write, and speak in English Basic understanding of database structure and manipulation Ability to speak, read, listen an write in English Soft skills: Data entry and manipulation skills Satisfaction in working through repetitive processes to deliver accurate results Comfort in using Microsoft Office tools such as Excel and Outlook Ability to accurately type at a pace fast enough to keep up with high volume requests Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
