?Support issue resolution related to master data objects in SAP

?Support process improvement in master data maintenance and management

?College degree or above

?2-3 years experience with SAP Master Data maintenance and management in customer service

?Familiar with SD module

?Good communication skills in English (in writing or oral)

?Familiar with Microsoft Excel

?High sense of responsibility, process driven, good analytical skills and capable of complex problem solving

?Excellent communication skills to work with multiple functional departments
