Responsibility:

1. Lead E-BOM/Run Time database maintenance.

• Study product family with engineer - 1st Month

• Work with engineer to draft current E-BOM data base - 2nd Month

• In charge of the manufacturing BOM/Run Time set-up/maintenance. - Start from 3rd month

• Work with team to improve E-BOM modulization to achieve CTO on key product

• Organize Routine Review every year

Target: BOM accuracy 99.99%, Single BOM establish LT 1 Hours with Standard E-BOM (Batch BOM creation, review LT case by case)

2. Lead SKU Establish process in manufactory side.

• Learn and Current process Mapping - 1st Month

• Workshop of improvement SKU Establish process in manufactory side - 2nd Month

• Improve SKU creation process Transparency(Improve plan should come out in the workshop)

Target: Sustaining single SKU 1 working Day; New product 3 working days; Work with NS process to establish NS SKU. (Batch BOM creation, review LT case by case)

3. Review PO LT, MOQ timely and lead the problem solving process in the Plant.

• Review PO LT according to the item liquidity. (SKU in one group have the same LT and supplier capacity information reflect to LT timely)

• Lead MOQ problem solving process.

• Manage other system factors which influence Plant routine.

Target: system factors from others is friendly work with production and purchase process. Improve the PO LT and MOQ problem solving process within 3 working days.

4. Risk Buy Process management

• Apply management and approval management.

• Reporting and manage the abnormal.

• Practice current risk buy process and improve the process.

5. Sample/Warranty management

• Manage Sample and Warranty replenish and reporting.

• Inventory Control and obsolete inventory in SS location problem solving.

6. Inventory Reduction and Strategic Inventory Planning

• Review inventory bi-weekly with team

• Draft inventory plan in supply Chain

Position required:

1、Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field

2、Experience with ERP system operation

3、Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate

三、 及时审核订单和最小起订量，并领导解决工厂的问题。

1、 根据物料的流动性审核PO 的交期。

2、 主导最小起订量问题的解决流程。

3、 管理其他影响工厂日常工作的系统因素

四、 风险采购流程管理

1、 申请管理和审批管理。

2、 异常报告和管理。

3、 实践当前风险购买流程并改进流程。

五、 样品/保修管理

1、 管理样品和保修补充和报告。

2、 库存控制和库存报废问题的解决。

六、 降低库存和战略库存计划

1、 与团队每两周回顾库存

2、 起草供应链库存计划

岗位要求：

1、工程、运营、商务或相关专业本科以上学历

2、有ERP系统操作经验优先考虑

3、具有良好的口头和书面沟通能力
