Purpose of the job
Fulfill the customer's requirement of order through making production plan, giving production instruction and following the execution, control the stock of finished product, supply the relative stocking data and statistic reports of finished product to company
Your Role
- Production Plan Control
1.Collect relative information and adjust capacity, ensure to meet the sale requirement and to implement the key target of the plant
2.Check the production plan and inform planner to revise if the plan will affect the delivery
3.Archive the production plan
- Shipping plan control
1.Follow and update the delivery plan, ensure the delivery on time and accurate, ensure to finish the order
- Finished product Inventory control
1.Follow up stock information of finished product(MTS/MTO/MTF), analyze the stock status accurately, ensure safety stock control
2.Weekly S&OP meeting provide the obsolete stocks data and consult with sale make the consume plan and follow

- Coordinate an communicate with other departments
1.Communicate with the production, maintenance, technology and quality departments in time and often. Get the necessary information to explain the relative report and dada in case it is necessary
2.Coordinate the departments to adjust the production plan and satisfy the customer as much as possible facing customer's sudden change
3.Cerate fine relation with sales and RSC to insure the delivery and capacity utilization

1.Give the positive massage and encourage every members
2.One to one coach and give the maximun help
- 6S management
1.Execute 6S management according to the requirement of company
2.Improve 6S self-management level by right methods or tools; Ensure working environment order and tidiness
- Others
1.Participate in improving project according to X+1 plan or expectation
2.Department related documents review and updated
Your Profile
- Bachelor degree or above. Three years relative working experience;
- Good communication skill;
- Basic English writing and reading skill;
- With computer operation skill & data process skill;
- Good manpower management and relationship skill;
- Self-management skill;
- With ability of analysis and resolve;
- With ability of making program and plan;
- Good awareness of quality, customer and safety;
