• Responsible for the master production schedule, based on the agreed upon S&OE, and communication with manufacturing.
• Monitor the Detailed Production Planning compared to the MPS in consultation with manufacturing.
• Report important deviations between the MPS and the S&OE.

• Responsible for the detailed production scheduling based on MPS, taking Material Requirement Planning and Capacity Requirement Planning into account
• Update production schedule daily and communicate the detailed production schedule to the Production engineers.
• Timely resolving short-term production planning problems
• Checking production readiness and material availability to enable the execution of the detailed production schedule, and for initiating related actions if necessary.
• Preparing production/process orders aligned with the detailed production schedule and based on the approved Bill of Materials.
• Timely handover of production process orders and related instructions to the production engineers.

• Checking the short-term raw material availability in DEPJ (supply, warehouse receiving, QA releasing) against the detail scheduling, and to guarantee production running smoothly;
• Providing details (volume, time point) of the raw material which need to be taken back from external warehouse to Warehouse clerk weekly;
• Providing detail raw material release requirement during weekend to QA department

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 2 years’ relevant experience
• ERP(SAP) knowledge and MRP running experiences.
• Planning experience, including raw material and production planning and inventory controlling.
• Urgent events handling, such as markets demand fluctuating sharply, raw material supplying chain failed in short term.
• Sound knowledge in production planning management including forecast, scheduling, capacity, inventory control, etc.
• Sound knowledge of ERP system.
• Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
• Good interpersonal skills and team spirit
• Good command of English, oral and written
