• To help Resins APC team build up healthy inventory level and fulfil customer order in effective and efficiency way

• Leading and driving SOP process for DCR APAC, including participate Monthly Product Review; Participate Capacity review meeting as well as Regional Supply Review Meeting
• Responsible for inventory control, ensure OWC target are always meet during the year
• Process Owner for old and slow stocks. Responsible for monitoring & control O&S stocks, as well as off-spec stock control
• Play facilitator role in demand control meeting, work with sales team to prioritize and optimize stocks to best meet customer requirement
• In charge of import stock control and replenishment, ensure stock are arrive in just in time with right qty to fulfill local demand
• Develop all sort of SC report per business requirement
• Lead and responsible for Master production scheduling, work closely with detail scheduler at site, develop daily production schedule and ensure stock are available to meet customer requirement
• Ensure material/planning master data is accreted and updated in systems.
• Continuously improve APC planning process.
  

• University or above or equivalent experience in business administration or other SCM /logistics-related field. Familiar with trade document handling
• More than 8 years working experience in demand management and master production scheduling, prefer work for multinational companies
• APICS certificates is a plus
• ERP knowledge
• Good command of English
• Basic knowledge of business steering model and business process
• Familiar with operating Excel, Access
• Demand management Experience
