Job Responsibilities:
- Implement common business processes to production planning, include: manage customer orders and forecast, develop
planning schedule for production and purchased part.
- Develop level production plan, working with manufacturing. Balance manpower, material and machine at lowest total cost
and highest efficiency. Support manufacturing lean principals by
containerization strategies, work place organization and material flow
- Monitor and report manufacturing schedule compliance. Review production capacity in detail.
- Participate on cross-function project teams involved in plant design, value-stream analysis, staffing for new operation.
- Understand customer’s requirement and trend. Lead cross function sales and production planning meeting
- Set and refine system parameter and data on BOM, transit times, safety stock levels and scheduling points.
Monitor and control inventory levels to target levels;
coordinate engineering changes; support localization efforts. Drive the
initiatives of Inventory reduction.
Qualification:
Education: Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
Experience: 3-5 years experiences on production planning and control, MRP, pull system, Inventory management, master scheduling and logistics analysis; Supervisory and management experience and Experience in purchasing, sales, and production operations preferred.
Language: Excellent English; Other language is a plus
Computer: Strong PC and systems skilled
Technical Skill: Familiar with SAP system or MSG-Pro; Strong analytical and problem solver skills; APICS certification preferred.
Soft Skill: Strong Planning/organizing/analysis/couching skill; Strong interpersonal communication skills and leadership; Organized and disciplined.
