Job Description：

1. Training development and improvement (VG specific)
a) Headquarters' training materials translation
b) Training materials localization
c) Technicians and service partners qualification
2. Scheduling and delivery of training
a) Training scheduling in LMS system
b) Training documents collecting and recording
c) Technical training conducting
3. Provide direction and support to technicians and other dept. in the maintenance, repair and installation of appliances
a) Technical support for technicians
b) Support for sales, marketing and other departments
c) TSD documents translation

Requirements:

1. Academic degree in University and College
2. Good oral English and reading skills
3. Excellent communication and training skills
4. More than 3 years working in household appliance or related industry
