The mission of the Planning & Fulfillment function is to support profitable growth by ensuring the accurate tactical planning of our demand and our operations, optimizing inventory and resource management and the perfect fulfillment of customers’ orders. This mission is achieved by balancing and improving five metrics: customer on-time delivery, inventory, lead-time, forecast accuracy and resource optimization.

Your responsibilities
- Leading demand planning & mastering plan team to communicating and verifying both domestic and export customer demand, defining weekly operation plan according to S&OP, utilizing planning tool to balance capacity/loading and coordinate resources with relevant functions when needed
- Supporting IPU production scheduling and Overlook project progress to ensure key projects are stay in schedule according to customer requirements.
- Following up operational KPIs including ROTD/COTD/FG inventory, providing required reports with RCA in timely basis.
- Regular reviewing to master planning process/parameters setting to meet operation efficiency improvement requirement and building up and improve team overall competency based on matrix team structure, other work assigned by manager.

Your background
- Must be a Bachelor or above, major in business management, supply chain management, Engineering or logistic related (business administration, supply chain, engineering, or Logistic related).
- 6+ years of working experience in PM / planning/ master plan for manufacturing industry, 3 years of which are in managerial position.
- Must be fluent both in Mandarin & English (oral and written).
- Microsoft office, ERP (SAP preferred), motivational, organizing with planning skills, goal-oriented, customer-centric mind and analytical.
- Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to develop and manage effective working relationships at all levels.
- Good knowledge of supply chain planning, lean six sigma concepts and strong analytical skills.
